Your parcel was shipped on **May 12, 2026**. Therefore, the estimated delivery period is approximately **August to September 2026**.
Because the parcel is being transported by sea, it is completely normal that:
* Australia Post has not yet received the parcel.
* No arrival scan has been recorded in Australia.
* Tracking updates may not appear for an extended period while the parcel is in transit on the vessel.
At this stage, the shipment is still within the normal delivery timeframe for the shipping method selected at checkout.
We understand that Australia Post advised you to contact the sender. However, based on the current shipping status, there is no indication that the parcel has been lost. Rather, it is still traveling according to the normal schedule for sea mail.
We kindly ask you to review our previous explanation and the screenshot we sent regarding the shipping method and estimated transit time.
We truly understand your concern, but at this time there is no abnormality with the shipment, and we respectfully ask for your continued patience until the parcel reaches Australia.
